The duties of this position are:

Overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, from daily activities to strategic planning and financial management

 

-  Minimum 2 years of work experience is required for the roll.

-  Hiring and training 

- Scheduling and Rostering.

- Financial Reporting.

- Supervising daily operations.

- Providing excellent service.

-  Marketing and Promotion.

- Working with suppliers.

- Greetings and advising Customers.

- Ensuring Compliance.

- Maintaining Quality Standards.

- Budgeting and Cost Control

- Conflict Resolution.

- Performance Management.

- A Can do attitude to perform duties.

Applicant must be able to do flexible working hours, including weekends and Public Holidays as the role requires.

The salary range for the position: Around $24 to  $29.00 per hour, depending on experience.
