We are looking for one Café Manager to join our team at DESEN INVESTMENTS LIMITED - Café in Auckland. This is a full-time position, offering at least 30 hours per week.

 

Full-Time Café Manager ($28- $36; depending on experience)

Requirements:

  • At least two years of relevant experience in a similar industry.
  • Alternatively, a relevant Level 4 qualification or a Bachelor’s degree in anyfield or higher may substitute for the experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Tasks Include:

  • Overseeing daily café operations, including staff supervision and customer service.
  • Managing stock levels, ordering supplies, and ensuring quality control.
  • Developing and updating menus in coordination with the kitchen team.
  • Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and food regulations.
  • Handling financial transactions, budgets, and sales reports.
  • Recruiting, training, and mentoring café staff to maintain high service standards.
  • Addressing customer inquiries and resolving complaints professionally.
  • Implementing marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.
