Title: Restaurant Manager

Employment type: permanent, 30 hours per week,

Hourly rate: $25

Location: Auckland

Tasks

·       Full responsibilities of the management and operation of our restaurant 

·       Planning and updating menus in consultation with chefs

·       Plan and organise functions based on clients’ needs

·       Arranging the front house purchase

·       Price dishes based on the budget and profit

·       Be responsible for stock levels 

·       Bookkeeping for the restaurant (staff roster, working hours and petty cash)

·       Be responsible for the restaurant operating comply with the relevant health and safety regulations

·       Collecting feedback from customers, ensuring customer satisfy our service and food

·       Be responsible for hiring, training and supervising waiting and kitchen staff

·       May involve direct customer service if required

Requirements:

Must have at least 2 years of work experience at a similar position

Must have a diploma and above in business management or similar discipline

Other requirements:

Candidate must not addict to any drug or alcohol problems, health exanimation report might be required;

Candidate must be able to work on weekends
