Our fast-paced food business is looking for 1x Assistant Manager to join our team in CBD, Auckland. We offer a competitive wage of $24 - $24/ hour and we guaranteed minimum of 30 hours/week. This postion will mainly work in the night shift. 

Job Description

Your tasks and duties : 

  • Supervise the store operation from end-to-end and ensure the store runs continuously

  • Participate in planning menu items and pricing to get the maximum profitability and minimum food waste

  • Find ways to improve operations efficiency and increase revenue

  • Supervise the staff ,including rostering ,training and development, hiring, performarnce reviews

  • Control stock by conducting stocktakes regularly and the purchase of stock

  • Maintain a good relationship and negotiate with suppliers

  • Ensure the store operations adhere with the health standard and food safety standards

  • Resolve customer complaints 

  • Support new operations workflow and marketing activities that lead to the business development

 

Requirement :

  • Hold a Bachelor Level 7 qualification or higher in business or hospitality

  • Or hold a minimum of 5 years relevant experience 

  • A high energy, strong work ethic, and positive attitude

  • Proven track record of the ability to motivate and led the team towards success

  • Reliable and  Punctual
