Golden Spring Chinese Restaurant based in Napier is in need of two full-time Chinese cuisine cooks. We require proactive and adaptable cooks with broad skill set who love to work in a busy kitchen.

Job Details:

· Position: Chinese Cuisine Cook

· Vacancies: 2

· Location: Auckland

· Hourly Rate: $25 - $30 NZD

· Work Hours: 30 - 60 hours per week

· Experience Required: Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience

· Education: No formal qualification required

Tasks include:

· Prepare and cook authentic dishes, ensuring consistency and high standards.

· Set up workstations with necessary ingredients and equipment.

· Inspect ingredient quality and measure components for menu items.

· Maintain food inventory and place orders as needed.

· Ensure proper food storage and stock rotation.

· Present dishes attractively before serving.

· Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and adhere to hygiene regulations.

· Assist in menu planning, cost estimation, and staff training.
