The Top Energy Group operates throughout the Far North delivering geothermal electricity generation and electricity network operations. Our purpose is providing affordable and sustainable energy for Far North consumers, which we are achieving by transforming the Top Energy Group into a technology-enabled energy company that generates and facilitates two-way energy flow between renewable energy generators and consumers.

We are looking for a strong team player, to provide administrative, client and some technical support for the Estimating Team.

This position reports to the Customer Initiated Works Co-Ordinator and is based in Kerikeri.

Your key areas of focus will be:

  • Processing applications in Salesforce, SAP and SharePoint from application to closure
  • Assisting to produce and/or check various reports
  • Processing quotes paid and creating work packs
  • Providing efficient and professional service to customers and work colleagues through phone calls, emails, and face to face meetings

To succeed in this role, it is essential that you have at least three years' experience in office administration, customer service delivery and have worked in a close-knit team. Being proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite of programmes is also preferred. It would be an advantage If you have had experience using Salesforce or SAP (ERP software), have some understanding of the electricity industry and have worked in a fast-paced challenging environment.
