In supporting the Directors, your key deliverables will be:

  • Responding to the ongoing emails and requests from clients and suppliers
  • Owning the social media platforms, direct messaging and customer reviews
  • Reconciling courier/freight costs
  • Providing relevant reporting and data to the Directors to assist with the strategic growth and development of the company
  • Developing efficient systems, processes and standard operating procedures
  • Providing sales support by way of being proactive with sales leads, enquiries and opportunities
  • Diary management for the Directors and assisting them to meet their deadlines
  • Ensuring the seamless operation of all things administration
  • Keeping abreast of technology, systems and relevant legislation
