We are seeking a Restaurant Manager to join our busy team in Hamilton. This is a full-time role (minimum of 35 hours a week, maximum 40 hours per week).
The Role
You are fully responsible for managing the daily operations and all other activities of the restaurant.
Key duties and Responsibilities:

Being responsible for planning and organising special functions
-
Being responsible for budgeting,
-
being responsible for the recruitment procedure, including selecting, training and supervising staff.

being responsible for organizing and supervising the shifts of kitchen and waiting staff,
-
being responsible for working with chefs and to plan menus,
-
being responsible for conferring with customers to assess their satisfaction with meals and service,
-
being responsible for controlling the stock level
-
being responsible for ordering supplies.

being responsible for controlling the daily financial transaction

being responsible for ensuring the established standards of food safety and sanitation are maintained.
