Job description

  • Curate menu offerings (product mix) and optimize inventory levels to meet demand while minimizing waste.
  • Oversee purchasing decisions, supplier relationships, and cost-effective stock replenishment.
  • Set competitive pricing and develop promotional campaigns (e.g., limited-time offers, loyalty programs) to drive sales.
  • Execute advertising initiatives across digital platforms and in-store displays.
  • Ensure high service standards, resolve customer inquiries, and educate staff on product features/upselling techniques.
  • Monitor daily sales, manage budgets, and maintain accurate records of financial transactions and inventory.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise team members, ensuring adherence to performance and safety protocols.
  • Enforce health regulations (e.g., food safety, hygiene) and occupational safety standards across all operations.
  • Streamline workflows, manage shift schedules, and oversee equipment maintenance to ensure smooth daily operations.

  • Pay rate: 30.00 – 32.00 New Zealand dollars per hour
  • Days required: Monday to Sunday
  • Hours per week: At least 30

Job Requirement

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience or a relevant NZ diploma qualification or an equivalent overseas qualification is required.
