We are looking for skilled and experienced Indian sweet makers and snacks
makers to join our team. As a member of our team, you will be responsible
for producing high-quality traditional Indian sweets and snacks, such as
gulab jamun, rasgulla, samosas, and pakoras.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook a variety of traditional Indian sweets and snacks
    according to established recipes
  • Operate and maintain equipment used in the production of sweets and
    snacks
  • Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, and notify
    management of any shortages
  • Ensure food safety standards are met during preparation and storage,
    and maintain a clean and sanitary work environment
  • Assist with the development of new products and recipes, and
    recommend improvements to existing products
  • Package and label finished products, and ensure they meet quality
    standards before they are shipped or displayed for sale
  • Communicate effectively with other team members and management,
    and follow instructions to ensure efficient and effective production
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations and procedures, and report
    any safety hazards or concerns to management
  • Continuously improve knowledge and skills related to the production of
    traditional Indian sweets and snacks, and participate in training and
    development opportunities as required.

 

Requirements:

  • 3 years of work experience or level 4 qualification
  • Experience in the preparation and cooking of traditional Indian sweets
    and snacks would be an advantage
  • Knowledge of traditional Indian culinary techniques and ingredients
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistent quality
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
