Position Details:

  • Positions Available: 2

  • Employment Type: Full-time (Minimum 30 hours per week)

  • Hourly Pay: $24.50–$28.00 (based on experience and skills)

  • Location: Christchurch

  • While previous barista experience is an advantage, it’s not essential — we’re looking for individuals with a great attitude and a willingness to learn!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service with a friendly, helpful approach

  • Work collaboratively within a small, close-knit team

  • Maintain a clean, welcoming environment

  • Follow food safety and hygiene standards

  • Ensure cabinet displays are fresh, full, and visually appealing

  • Prepare and serve great-tasting coffee and food

  • Reliable and punctual

  • A clear and confident communicator

  • Calm and efficient under pressure

  • Skilled in food preparation (or willing to learn!)
