We are seeking an Administration & Facilities Coordinator to join our Wellington site on a Part time basis.
About the Role:
This role is essential in ensuring smooth operations, robust security, and excellent customer service. You will be the go-to person for managing site security, processing credits, overseeing fleet administration, addressing customer service inquiries, and coordinating site maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Site Security & Compliance: Conduct daily security checks, manage key and device control, and ensure adherence to security protocols.
- Credit & Returns Management: Process returns and collections, handle credit processing in Salesforce, investigate missing goods, and check if returned stock can be resold.
- Fleet Administration: Conduct bi-weekly truck inspections, manage POD charging cables, and maintain fleet cleanliness.
- Customer Service & Support: Respond to National Support calls, process urgent orders, and arrange "fix-up" deliveries using Uber.
- Site Maintenance Coordination: Liaise with contractors to organise timely repairs for any site damages.
About You:
- Experience: 3+ years in customer service or administrative roles within a New Zealand based business
- Skills: Excellent attention to detail, strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Attitude: A proactive, responsible, and independent team player.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on customer service.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using new software (Salesforce experience is an advantage, but not mandatory).
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM
- Saturday: 11:30 AM – 5:00 PM
