At Galaxy Home Decor, we are seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join our team. This is a permanent full-time employment with a minimum of 35 hrs/week.

Responsibilities include

  • Receive daily consignments and checking the same against records
  • Assisting with financial management, ensuring accurate invoicing and purchase orders.

  • Managing project documentation and ensuring all records are up to date.

  • Supporting the team with administrative functions.

  • Coordinating supplier invoices and maintaining financial records in line with the company.

  • Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to foster strong working relationships.

Requirements:

  • minimum 6 month of experience in administration, handling stocks or similar

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse and multidisciplinary team
