At Galaxy Home Decor, we are seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join our team. This is a permanent full-time employment with a minimum of 35 hrs/week.
Responsibilities include
- Receive daily consignments and checking the same against records

Assisting with financial management, ensuring accurate invoicing and purchase orders.

Managing project documentation and ensuring all records are up to date.

Supporting the team with administrative functions.

Coordinating supplier invoices and maintaining financial records in line with the company.

Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to foster strong working relationships.
Requirements:

minimum 6 month of experience in administration, handling stocks or similar

Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse and multidisciplinary team
