We seek compassionate Level 4 caregivers to support residents with daily activities under RN supervision. Responsibilities include wound management, medication administration, and ensuring residents' hygiene and safety. Min hours 30/week, must be able to work weekdays, weekends, PM, and night shifts. Responsibilities:

  • Support residents with daily living activities under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
  • Perform nursing procedures such as wound management, medication administration, and manual handling.
  • Ensure residents' hygiene, comfort, and safety.
  • Participate in quality improvement activities and staff meetings.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and report any changes in residents' conditions.

Requirements:

  • Competence in restraint, wound management, hoist and manual handling, medication administration, and more.
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification or ability to complete within 3 month of start date.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with elderly residents and their families.
  • Strong teamwork and adaptability skills.
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe and positive environment.
  • You must be physically fit to cope with the demands of the role. 
  • Minimum Level 4 qualification.
  • Must pass a drug and alcohol test.
