Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage subordinates and facilitate effective communications in allocating tasks and obtaining resources.

Keep the designated work area, designated equipment working properly.

Operate equipment working safely and correctly according to company’s procedures.

Demonstrate teamwork by helping others when they need it without having to be asked, coaches and support other team members.
-
Planning and reviewing office services and maintain office standards.
-
Allocate human resources and appropriate equipment to the staff.
-
Provide accurate reporting to the managing director in a timely and effective manner.
-
Assign work to the staff and look after their wellbeing and pastoral care needs.
-
Provide training and supervision to the staff as and when necessary and monitor their work performance.
-
Input and collate data collected in the orchard.

Solve workflow problems by people management and liaise with the managing director of the company.

Data management, manually and or by computer entries.
-
Managing paperwork, records and information associated with the company.
-
Ensure that all health and safety regulations, government legislations and polices are complied with.
-
Comply with all company policies and procedures.

- Location of the job: Bay of Plenty
- Hours of Work: A minimum of 30 hours per week
- Pay Range: $27.00 to $33.00 (based on the skills and experience)

Must have a valid Class 1 New Zealand or Overseas Driving Licence
