Shift Supervisor required for busy indian restaurant. 

As a Shift Supervisor, you help manage daily operations in the restaurant, food trailer, and catering. You lead the team, ensure smooth service, and support staff.

You check the quality of Indian dishes, ensure safe use of equipment like the tandoor, and keep the place clean. You handle customer issues and take charge when the manager is away.

In the food trailer, you help with setup, take orders, and ensure safe food handling. For catering, you help pack, deliver, and set up food at events.

You track stock, reorder supplies, and work with vendors. You handle payments, follow cash procedures, and help with records. You also assist with marketing and follow all hygiene and safety rules.

 

·         Work experience in any position for 2 years or Nzqa Level 4 qualification.

·         Any relevant qualification in hospitality will be an advantage.

·    

·     Must be available to work on weekends, public holidays, and split shifts.

·         Demonstrated ability to work independently.
