About the Role
Are you a passionate Registered Nurse with a heart for supporting patients on their cancer journey?

This full-time role offers the chance to work in a specialist oncology and haematology unit, providing advanced clinical care to patients undergoing chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and other complex treatments.

You'll be part of a compassionate, multidisciplinary team delivering evidence-based care that prioritises dignity, respect, and patient empowerment.

Whether you're monitoring CVADs, administering blood products, or offering support through palliative phases, your work will be critical in shaping quality of life for patients and families alike.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Providing safe, therapeutic, and evidence-based care to oncology and haematology patients
  • Building strong, trusting relationships with patients and their families
  • Collaborating across disciplines to ensure continuity of care
  • Participating in staff and patient education, and quality improvement activities
  • Maintaining high standards in clinical documentation and infection control
  • Supporting team development and a positive, culturally safe workplace
What You Bring
  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
  • At least 2 years' recent experience in oncology, haematology, or acute medical nursing
  • Postgraduate studies in Oncology (highly regarded, but not essential)
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and emotional intelligence
  • Passion for patient-centred care with cultural sensitivity
  • Calm and clear decision-making under pressure
  • A collaborative mindset with a commitment to continuous learning
