Yin Ji Chang fen is a Cantonese-style restaurant located in New Market, Auckland. Since its establishment, we have received numerous customers' positive feedback. With the business becoming busier, we are hiring a restaurant manager to join our team.

 

About the job:

  • Restaurant manager
  • Full-time, at least 30 hours per week
  • Hour rate: NZD 32-38 per hour, depending on your experience

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Hire, train and supervise front house staff 
  • May take bookings 
  • Ensure customer service is maintained at a high level
  • Ensure dining facilities comply with health regulations 
  • Conferring with customers to assess their satisfaction with dishes and services
  • Organize supply purchase 
  • Plan budgets and rosters 
  • Plan menus in consultation with chefs
  • Plan and organize special functions if required 
  • Premotions and adverting 

 

The successful candidates will have:

  • 3 years Hospitality Experience OR
  • Relevant qualification, diploma above.
  • An enthusiastic, positive, and professional attitude.
  • The ability to learn quickly.
  • Excellent communication skills with a high level of attention to detail.
