Nga Kete Matauranga Pounamu Charitable Trust is seeking the skills of a professional social worker who can foster and maintain professional community and agency relationships.

You will work in our Tui Ora Team supporting whanau and young persons, supporting often complex whanau needs. You will provide assessments and planning, advocacy and access, to ensure whanau can problem solve and are supported to move forward. 

This is a full time position with a competitive salary.

The desired applicant will have experience working in Maori environments, great communication skills, administrative abilities, facilitation and time management skills and a current full driver’s licence. You must have a social work qualification. Minimum 2 years-experience in the field is desired.
