Employment type: Full time (guaranteed 40 hours / per week)

Our pay: $30-$32 per hour

We are a well-loved restaurant located in Otahuhu, Auckland.

We are looking for a full-time permanent Store Manager to lead all aspects of our business.

Duties and responsibilities:

·      Coordinate daily restaurant management operations

·      Coordinate menu alongside with kitchen staff

·      Track stock levels of food, supplies, and equipment, forecast needs, and maintain inventory

·      Maintain safety and food quality standards

·      Control the budget and cost to ensure sufficient profit

·      Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction

·      Hire, train, and supervise restaurant employees

·      Organize and supervise shifts

·      Do performance review for employees and salary review

·      Ensure all employees are working within outlined operating standards

·      Adhere to and enforce employee compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards

·      May process payroll and maintain all relevant records

·      Report on financial performance to director

Skills and experience needed:

·      At least two years of relevant work experience, OR

·      A relevant level 4 diploma or an equivalent qualification, or a bachelor’s degree
