As a Cook, you will be responsible for:
• Responsible for the smooth running of kitchen
• Preparation of raw materials, seasoning and heating of food
• Must check the food quality before and after cooking
• Must be able to cook all authentic food
• Storing and labelling food in fridges
• Able to use temperature controlled equipment’s
• Collaborating with kitchen staff to coordinate meal preparation efficiently
• Ensure great presentation by dressing dishes before they are served to customers
• Must be able to work independently without supervision
• Must be a can-do attitude with cope up in busy peak hours
• May Train junior kitchen staff
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness
• Adhering to all food safety and sanitation standards
• Comply with the Restaurant & Health and Safety Guidelines
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 year of experience as a Cook or relevant role.
• In-depth knowledge of spices, ingredients, and cooking techniques.
• Creativity and passion for exploring new flavours.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure.
• Must be prepared to work in the late nights, weekends and public holidays.
