  • Greeting patients and managing the front desk
  • Booking and managing appointments using Medtech
  • Answering phone calls and handling general enquiries
  • Processing payments and patient documentation
  • Supporting doctors, nurses, and admin teams as needed

About You

To hit the ground running in our casual pool, you will need:

  • Previous experience working as a medical receptionist in a GP or medical clinic
  • Proficiency with Medtech (essential)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and confidence in multitasking
  • Reliability, adaptability, and a friendly, can-do attitude
  • Availability for on-call and short-notice shifts (Mon–Fri, occasional Saturdays)
