NZ Forest Enterprise Ltd is a timber exporting & wholesaling business located in Auckland. We are looking for an office manager to join our busy team.

 

Location of Work: Auckland   

Type of employment: Permanent position, at least 30 hours per week

Days required: Monday to Saturday & working in the evening is required

Pay: $30-34 per hour based on qualification and experience

 

Key Tasks:

 

·      Implementing and maintaining office policies and procedures

·      Managing records and accounts of the office

·      Handing inquires and concerns from clients

·      Ordering and managing office supplies and equipment

·      Managing payroll, accounting tasks and financials

·      Monitoring and managing staff and workload

·      Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations

·      Providing training for staff and addressing employment concerns

 

Successful applicants will have:

 

·      At least three-year experience in business management

·      Good command of Mandarin (both speaking and writing) as you will be dealing with Chinese clients/importers

·      Proficient in office software

·      Be able to work at the evening due to the time zone difference

·      Excellent interpersonal & communication skills

·      Able to work under pressure & have a hard working attitude
