Café/Canteen Manager – Lead with Passion & Purpose!

Do you have a passion for great coffee, outstanding customer service, and leading high-performing teams? We’re looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Café Manager to take charge of day-to-day operations and help grow our thriving café for our students.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all café operations including staff, service, and stock

• Lead, coach, and inspire a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences

• Manage rosters, inventory, and supplier relationships

• Ensure high standards of food hygiene, health and safety, and cleanliness

• Monitor budgets, sales targets, and profitability

• Drive marketing promotions and community engagement

🔹 Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience in a café or hospitality management role for 2 years or a level 4 diploma in Hospitality or business.

• Barista experience and a love for specialty coffee

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Strong organisational and problem-solving ability

• Customer-focused with a hands-on, can-do attitude

• Flexible to work weekdays, weekends, and public holidays as required
