We are seeking three experienced nannies to provide dedicated postpartum care and child care for our clients in Christchurch. This role requires availability for nights and weekends with scheduled shifts to ensure continuous support for new mothers and children (including infants).

Position Details:

  • Permanent role with guaranteed minimum 30 hours per week

  • Must be available for night shifts (newborn care & maternal support)

  • Roster includes weekends/public holidays

Your tasks include, but are not limited to:

  • Preparing infant care supplies and early education materials
  • Guiding infant behavior and cultivating healthy routines
  • Organizing age-appropriate educational activities
  • Engaging infants through storytelling and developmental games
  • Supervising infants during all daily activities (including outdoor)
  • Implementing structured daily schedules for infants
  • Supporting parents with reasonable domestic duties
  • Maintaining infant hygiene (bathing, massage, etc.)

Requirements:

  • 3 years of relevant experience or a relevant Level 4 qualification is preferred.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and reference check from previous employer.
