Restaurant Manager

Are you passionate about hospitality and ready to lead a dynamic team in a busy and customer-focused restaurant? AD and AA Holdings Limited is looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee our day-to-day operations and ensure every guest enjoys an exceptional dining experience at Dosa Palace.

What You’ll Do:

·      Working closely with our kitchen team to shape and update the food and beverage offerings

·      Organising and overseeing themed nights, group bookings, and community-based promotions

·      Keeping a close handle on ordering supplies, negotiating prices, and staying within budget

·      Keeping track of operational records such as sales, supply orders, and staff schedules

·      Making sure the restaurant always looks its best, meets safety guidelines, and is spotless

·      Speaking with guests during service to gather feedback and ensure they’re well looked after

·      Leading the hiring process, onboarding new staff, and creating a strong team culture

·      Lending a hand during busy times — from welcoming customers to helping on the floor

What We’re Looking For:

·      A diploma or above level qualification is required to efficiently carry out the responsibilities of this role.

·      In the absence of a qualification, having relevant industry/ position experience of 6 months or more is required.

·      Good communication and interpersonal skills.

·      Friendly, guest-focused approach with high attention to detail

·      Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as needed
