If you’re ready to step out of the public system and into something new, this is your moment. A purpose-built day-stay surgical centre is preparing to open its doors in late 2025 and is now recruiting skilled, motivated Registered Nurses to be part of its founding theatre team.
You’ll work in a modern facility with a clear focus—orthopaedics done well. In a tight-knit team, your voice will matter, your experience will be valued, and your contributions will shape how care is delivered.

- NZ Nursing Council registration with a current Annual Practising Certificate
- At least two years’ experience in orthopaedic operating theatres
- Calm, confident clinical decision-making
- A team mindset, great communication, and a drive for continuous improvement
- Flexibility and readiness to be part of something new
- Salary between $85,000 and $110,000
