About the Role
As Team Leader, you’ll help set up the facility in the lead-up to opening, then take a hands-on leadership role in day-to-day theatre operations. You’ll lead by example, supporting your team clinically while also managing rosters, coordinating daily theatre schedules, and ensuring the smooth, efficient delivery of care.

You’ll Need
  • NZ Registered Nurse with a current APC
  • At least 5 years’ perioperative experience, including strong orthopaedic knowledge
  • Proven leadership skills and a collaborative approach
  • Confidence to lead both people and process, and a desire to build something meaningful from the ground up
