The Partnerships and Enablement Team are the heart and soul of our values-based organisation. This role is within this team and focuses on service delivery to enhance the lives of people we partner with. You will lead a team of Community Facilitators to who walk alongside our disabled partners to establish a clear and unhindered path to success in their lives.

Your key responsibilities in this role include:

  • Provide solid leadership, support, guidance and complex problem resolution for your team.
  • Enable your diverse team to deliver innovative and exceptionally high standards of client care.
  • Develop comprehensive personal plans, risk management and behavioural management plans alongside your team and the people you support.
  • Assisting with the creation of staff rosters and managing your team to perform.
  • Liaise and activate the community, employment and other meaningful opportunities for the people we support.
  • Provide monthly and quarterly reporting on team performance and client progress and results.
  • Work with internal teams to identify areas for our own improvement and growth to be the best we can be.
  • Value differences in culture and be flexible and resepctable to incorporate needs as required.
  • Take ownership of your own, and your team's, professional growth.

About You

The desired candidate for this role will bring passion, heart, pride, and mana to their work alongside our disabled partners.

You need to demonstrate sector experience working with disabled persons with relevant leadership experience.

This role requires you to work 40 hours per week. We offer the right candidate an annual salary from $70,000 to $90,000 according to your experience.
