Position: Fast Food Supervisor / Duty Manager
Location: Wicked Chicken, Manukau, Auckland
Employment type: Full-time, permanent (minimum 30 hours/week)
Pay rate: At least NZD 25-30NZD

About us:
Wicked Chicken is a busy fast-food outlet committed to delivering great food and excellent customer service. We are looking for an experienced Supervisor/Duty Manager to lead shifts and support our team.

Key responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead staff during shifts.

  • Ensure excellent customer service and resolve issues on shift.

  • Assist in training and coaching staff.

  • Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering.

  • Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are maintained.

  • Cash handling and end-of-day reporting.

Skills and experience required:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or team leader role in hospitality or retail OR Qualification in Management/ commerce diploma or degree.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment.

  • Current LCQ and Manager’s Certificate (or willingness to obtain) preferred.
