Kings Recruitment is a successful recruitment consultancy with over 16 years of experience placing talented people across a wide range of industries. Based in the Epsom/Newmarket area, we are a driven, focused, and hardworking team — and we need the support of a switched-on, capable Recruitment Administrator.

This is a busy and varied role, in-office role, supporting a small team of Recruitment Consultants with their day-to-day administration and recruitment coordination needs. You’ll play an important part in keeping our office running smoothly and our team performing at its best.

This role would suit someone who has 1-2+ years of work experience under their belt, preferably in an office environment and is keen to broaden their skill set.


Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting company marketing activities

  • Managing our social media platforms

  • Light reception duties (phone, greeting visitors)

  • Maintaining and updating our candidate database

  • Updating our website with new job postings, articles, and campaigns

  • Posting job ads on job boards

  • Taking and typing verbal references

  • General administration (word processing, data entry, filing)

  • Assisting with basic accounts

  • Providing light PA support to the Director

  • Running general errands (banking, mail)

  • Coordinating projects

  • Help keep us on track and keep us sane


About you

  • Well-developed administration and computing skills

  • Proficiency across the MS Office Suite and confident data entry skills

  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities

  • A strong work ethic and “can do” attitude

  • Uses initiative and learns quickly

  • Great communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong grasp of English with great prof raeding skills

  • Must love dogs as we have an office dog called Arlo
