Looking for a responsible cook to join our team.

·   Preparation and cooking authentic Indian food and curries as per client requirements.

·   Must check the food quality of both raw and cooked dishes.

·   Plan food requirements for dressing.

·   Ensure great presentation to customers.

·   Refrigeration and storing of food at the correct temperature.

·   Properly measuring kitchen ingredients and food portions.

·   To ensure the kitchen waste is kept minimum and keeping the workstations and kitchen equipment clean, organized and sanitized.

·   Ensuring personal hygiene and maintain high standards of health and safety at all times.

·   Ordering required kitchen materials and keeping records.

·   You must have relevant qualification (a diploma or degree in cookery) or relevant work experience of at least 3 years in commecial cooking environment. 

·   You must be either a New Zealand Citizen or on a Valid Visa.

·   You must have good knowledge & skills to cook Indian Curries & Tandoori items.
