Title: Restaurant Manager

Tasks

·       Full responsibilities of the management and operation of our restaurant 

·       Planning and updating menus in consultation with chefs

·       Plan and organise functions based on clients’ needs

·       Arranging the front house purchasing

·       Price dishes based on the budget and profit

·       Be responsible for stock levels 

·       Beekeeping for the restaurant (staff roster, working hours and petty cash)

·       Be responsible for the restaurant operating comply with the relevant health and safety regulation

·       Collecting feedback from customers, ensuring customer satisfy our service and food

·       Be responsible for hiring, training and supervising waiting and kitchen staff

·       May involve direct customer service if required 

Requirement:

Must have at least 2 years of work experience in a similar position, or have a diploma and above qualification in business management or a similar discipline

Other requirement:

Candidate must not be addicted to any drug or alcohol problems; a health examination report might be required.

The candidate must be able to work on weekends
