The Role
Change Managers coordinate activities and communication in order to ensure project objectives are met and sustained. They focus on the people aspect of change including changes to business processes, tools and technology, job roles and organisation structures.
Key duties and responsibilities:
• Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent industry certifications
Essential criteria
1. Relevant Experience Demonstrated relevant experience (and past performance) in delivering the same or similar goods and/or services.
2. Ability to deliver Availability of required goods or services, committed available resources (including specified persons, contractors or consultants), and/or demonstrated ability to deliver within required timeframes to an acceptable quality standard.
3. Achieve results Ability to achieve team objectives and delivers on intended results, builds capability and responsiveness within the team, adapts to, supports and manages change.

The Role

Key duties and responsibilities:
- Develops and delivers training programs to support organizational objectives, while also managing internal and external communications;
- Identify training needs, design and implement development plans, and ensure effective communication of information to relevant audiences;
- Creating engaging content, managing communication channels and delivering training on various platforms;
- Design, develop, deliver and manage engagement and communications;
- Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders;
- Provide input, document requirements and support the design and delivery of training programs
- Tracking the effectiveness of communication and training initiatives, analysing feedback, and making adjustments to improve outcomes
- Strong communication skills including the ability to adapt communication style to different audiences
- Training and development skills with experience in designing, developing and delivering training programs.
- Knowledge of, or the ability to quickly understand, AFP sensitive capability collection functions
- Ability to deal with multiple stakeholders across the organisation, often dispersed geographically
- Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
- Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
- Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively
- Acute business acumen and understanding of organisational issues and challenges
- Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle
- Experience with large-scale organisational change efforts
