Green Healthy Food Ltd is seeking a Duty Manager to join our dynamic team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional customer service for our customers.

Job Description
Your day-to-day work will involve:
- Collaborating with chefs to develop menus
- Managing and conduction special events
- Overseeing the purchase and cost control of goods within budget limits
- Keeping accurate records of inventory levels and financial transactions
- Ensuring the dining area meets health standards and is clean, well-maintained, and presentable
- Engaging with customers to evaluate their satisfaction with food and service
- Recruiting, training, and supervising kitchen and service staff
- Handling reservations, welcome guests, and help with order taking
Applicants for this role should have:
- Diploma in business-related field, mangement related work experience (3 years at least) or bachelor degree in any major is required
- Excellent communication and organisation skills
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
- Excellent customer service orientation and the ability to anticipate and meet the needs of discerning diners
- Proficient in financial management, including budget planning, cost control, and inventory management
- The highest standards of food and occupational safety and hygiene
- A can do and professional attitude
