We are looking for a hospitality superstar to join our team based in Lake Tekapo, Canterbury.

This is a full time permanent role, with guaranteed 30 hours per week.

This role is to provide leadership across the Day Spa and team.

You need to ensure all new therapists are inducted to the team, competent in delivering all treatments. 

You will need to ensure regular training including new treatments and for retails product sales, along with ensuring all Day Spa NOP's correct and up to date.

The right candidate needs to demonstrate at least 3-year experience in the industry.

You also need to demonstrate:

  • Ability to communicate in both written and verbal English
  • Experience handling customer complaints
  • Ability to write persuasively and expressively
  • Experience training and developing others
