We are looking for an experienced Activities Manager to join our team based in Lake Tekapo, Canterbury.
This is a full time permanent role, with guaranteed 30 hours per week.
This role is to lead both our activities annual plan and activities team ensuring we build a cohesive, well trained and engaged team that prepares our activities so they creat first class experiences, optimise utilisation of our facitilies and each activity is well presented ready for customers and our business is ready to meet the operational requirements supporting these activities at our premise.
The right candidate needs to demonstrate at least 3-year experience in the industry.
You also need to demonstrate:
- Strenghths in both summer and winter based activities
- Worked in commercial for profit pool environments with deep understanding of pool facilities.
- Strong commitment to creating and delivering high standard of customer care and experience
- Experience with leading and inspiring others
- High level of training others
