Position: Crew Member (2 roles available)
Location: Primarily New Plymouth, with occasional shifts in Palmerston North
Pay Rate: $24–$27 per hour (based on experience)
Hours: Minimum 30 hours guaranteed per week

What the role is about?
As a Crew Member at Re Burger, you’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional
customer experience. Your responsibilities will include:
 Greeting customers warmly and taking orders accurately
 Preparing and assembling food items to Re Burger’s quality standards
 Operating kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
 Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in all areas of the store

 Handling cash and EFTPOS transactions
 Restocking supplies and assisting with inventory
 Supporting team members and contributing to a positive work environment
 Following health, safety, and food handling procedures at all times

What We’re Looking For:
 At least 6 months of relevant work experience in hospitality, food service, or
customer-facing roles
 A positive attitude and strong work ethic
 Flexibility to work across locations when needed
 Commitment to delivering top-notch service and quality
 Must be available to work on evenings and weekends. Candidates should be
available to work night shifts, as Re Burger New Plymouth may remain open
until 4am.
 Ability to drive to and from work during late night shifts
 Must agree to be subject to drug testing prior to and during employment
