Key Requirements:

Minimum 6 months of experience OR a Level 3 or higher qualification.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, cook, and serve fast food items including burgers, fried snacks, seafood, and grilled items
-
Follow standard recipes and portion sizes to ensure consistency

Set up and clean workstations, equipment, and cooking areas
-
Operate deep fryers, grills, ovens, and other cooking equipment
-
Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety
-
Monitor stock levels and assist in stock rotation and ordering supplies
-
Handle customer orders quickly and accurately in collaboration with front-of-house staff
-
Package food appropriately for takeaway and dine-in customers
-
Assist in developing specials or new menu items as needed
-
Dispose of waste responsibly and follow recycling procedures

Ensure kitchen complies with all local council food safety and cleanliness regulations

Support senior cooks or kitchen supervisors in daily operations

Key Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience OR a Level 4 or above qualification.
Key Responsibilities:

Organise and control the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring smooth workflow and high service standards

Determine product mix, stock levels, and service standards for the retail and takeaway sections

Develop and implement purchasing, pricing, and promotional strategies to maximise sales
-
Monitor and manage inventory, placing timely orders with suppliers to maintain stock levels
-
Maintain records of stock, financial transactions, and sales performance
-
Oversee selection, training, rostering, and supervision of staff
-
Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety and food safety regulations
-
Analyse sales reports and prepare operational performance summaries for the business owners

Manage customer service standards, resolving complaints professionally and promptly

Promote and advertise the store’s products through in-store displays and local marketing
