Clinical Nurse Manager or Senior Registered Nurse – 3-Month Fixed Term
Location: Wellington
Salary: Pro-rata $120k base (Nurse Manager) or $90k+ Pro Rata (Senior RN)
Accommodation: Provided if required
Start date: Urgent – immediate availability preferred
  
We are urgently seeking an experienced Nurse Manager or Senior Registered Nurse to join our client's Wellington Care Home on a 3-month fixed-term contract.
  
This short-term role is to provide specialist clinical leadership and hands-on support while key leadership positions are on leave.
  
You will work closely with our village and care teams to ensure high-quality resident care, oversee urgent clinical responsibilities, and support our staff to deliver safe, compliant services.
  
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the nursing and care teams day-to-day
• Complete and oversee urgent clinical tasks and documentation
• Maintain high clinical standards, compliance, and resident safety
• Mentor and support team members to achieve best practice care

Requirements:

• Current New Zealand Nursing Council registration and APC
• Experience as a Nurse Manager or Senior RN in aged care 
• Strong clinical skills and proven leadership ability
• Ability to adapt quickly, work under pressure, and manage change
