An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced reception/administrator to join a busy clinic working within the health sector. In this role you would be assisting with reception, and administration duties working full time hours Monday to Friday. Starting asap for around 6 weeks.
Duties include:
- Meet and greet of visitors
- Typing letters and other documents
- Booking appointments
- Data entry updating patient details in the database
- Fielding phone calls
- Other adhoc duties as required
To be considered you will:
- Have excellent communication skills and can-do attitude (previous medical administration experience is an advantage)
- Be proficient with MS office and be comfortable picking up new systems quickly
- Be motivated and flexible to take on a variety of tasks.
- Have the ability to meet deadlines and keep the busy clinic running smoothly
- Have experience working within a large and busy clinic
