Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily operations of the car rental branch efficiently.

Supervise, train, and lead a team of staff, ensuring high performance and customer satisfaction.

Oversee fleet management, including vehicle scheduling, maintenance, and timely inspections.

Develop and implement business strategies to increase revenue and market share.

Monitor budgets, expenses, and financial reporting for the branch.

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.

Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, partners, and stakeholders.

Plan and execute promotional and marketing activities to boost branch visibility.

Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.

Ensure compliance with all regulatory, safety, and company policies.

Coordinate staff rosters, manage leave requests, and optimize workforce allocation.
Requirements:

Level 5 Diploma or higher qualification in Business, Logistics, Transport, or a related field.

Proven management experience, preferably in transport, logistics, or car rental preferred.

Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and solve operational challenges effectively.
