- Inclusive, professional team including obstetricians, paediatricians, lactation consultants, and allied health
- Strong focus on safe, respectful, culturally responsive maternity care
- Supportive leadership and a commitment to ongoing development

- Contributing to service development, quality initiatives, and team mentoring
- Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Midwife
- Recent clinical experience in antenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal settings
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills
- A commitment to ongoing professional growth and reflective practice
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary environment
- Working with Children Check and National Police Clearance
