On behalf of our client, we are seeking a dedicated, experienced, and responsible live-in nanny to provide exceptional care for children. The ideal candidate will be an integral part of our family, offering a stable and nurturing environment while fostering the children's development and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
Specialized Infant Care (Suspected Autism):
· Provide complete daily care: feeding, burping, diaper changes, bathing, and soothing routines.
· Implement personalized sensory-integration activities to address sensitivities and prevent overstimulation.
· Apply early intervention strategies recommended by therapists for communication, motor, and sensory development.
· Track milestones using autism-specific developmental monitoring tools.
· Manage co-occurring needs such as reflux, feeding aversions, and irregular sleep patterns.
Care for Three-Year-Old (Suspected ADHD)
· Prepare for school with structured morning routines (balanced breakfast, independent dressing, readiness checks).
· Support attention, focus, and self-regulation through structured after-school routines.
· Incorporate engaging activities that encourage learning while accommodating high energy levels.
· Provide clear, consistent boundaries using positive reinforcement strategies.
· Coordinate and transport to extracurricular activities.
· Give parents detailed updates on behavior, learning progress, and social development.
Household Duties:
· Care for Three-Year-Old (Suspected ADHD)

Safety and Well-being:
· Maintain a safe, organized, and sensory-appropriate environment for both children.
· Hold advanced First Aid & CPR certifications for infants and children, with training relevant to ASD and ADHD.
· Remain prepared for medical, behavioral, or sensory-related emergencies.
Other tasks may be assigned in relation to childcare.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years’’ childcare experience, preferably in special needs care involving infants and/or toddlers.
Documented training in ASD early intervention and ADHD behavioral support strategies.
Ability to manage two children with differing developmental needs while maintaining an organized home environment.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with parents and therapists.
Clean criminal record and ability to pass enhanced background checks.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and occasional overnight shifts.
