We now need a Fast Food Manager for our thriving takeaway outlet just in front of our factory. This is a full-time position with guaranteed 30 hours per week.

 

The major tasks include: 

  • Oversee the overall operations of the fast food outlet, including service, staffing, and kitchen functions
  • Manage stock levels, place orders, and monitor product mix to ensure availability and minimal waste
  • Implement and monitor food safety, hygiene, and occupational health and safety compliance
  • Recruit, train, supervise, and schedule staff to ensure adequate coverage and performance
  • Handle customer service issues, respond to feedback, and resolve complaints professionally
  • Set sales targets, pricing, and promotional strategies to meet business objectives
  • Monitor financial transactions, prepare budgets, and maintain accurate records of income and expenditure
  • Promote and advertise the establishment’s products and services to attract and retain customers
  • Ensure all company policies and legal obligations are followed, including wage compliance and health regulations

 

Requirement for the job:

  • At least two years of proven work experience in retail or hospitality
  • Have good communication and customer service skills
  • Be diligent and reliable
  • Have good attention to detail
