Are you a Registered Nurse with strong leadership skills, ready to step into a role that blends clinical expertise with strategic leadership?

This is an opportunity to guide clinical services across a large care home and village — making a real difference for residents, families, and your team every single day.

As Clinical Services Manager, you’ll provide vision and direction for clinical and care staff, support the Facility Manager in day-to-day operations, and ensure residents receive the highest standard of person-centred care.

What You’ll Do
  • Provide clinical leadership, supervision, and mentorship to nursing and care teams.
  • Oversee resident care and clinical governance, ensuring compliance with sector standards.
  • Support the Facility Manager with site operations and step in during their absence.
  • Monitor and maintain clinical documentation in line with legislative and organisational requirements.
  • Drive Quality & Risk Management programmes, ensuring continuous improvement.
  • Mentor staff, deliver education programmes, and support safe working practices.
What You’ll Bring
  • Current NZ RN Annual Practising Certificate.
  • 3–5 years’ post-registration experience, in aged care.
  • Experience mentoring and leading clinical teams.
  • Strong skills in clinical governance, decision-making, and analysis.
  • Experience with interRAI, Medi-Map, or eCase (advantageous).
  • Sound knowledge of health and disability standards.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Compassion and empathy — with a genuine commitment to residents’ wellbeing.
