Kabana Indian Cuisine, Auckland is looking for 2x experienced Cook to fill a full-time
permanent position. You will be guaranteed 30 hours per week between the hours of 11:30
am to 10:30 pm Monday to Sunday. We offer competitive wage between $28 - $30 per hour
based on your skills and experience.

Requirements:
 Certificate in Food Science/ Hospitality Management or any other relevant
qualification will be considered OR 
2 years’ of relevant work experience in Indian cuisine is mandatory in absence of
qualification.
 Strong knowledge of Indian recipes & spices
 Team player, reliable, honest & flexible with shifts


 Key responsibilities:
 Cook authentic Indian curries, breads, and tandoor dishes
 Maintain food quality and hygiene standards
 Assist with menu planning & stock control
 Cleaning and maintaining the kitchen premises to high standards
 Provide guidance to junior kitchen staff members, including food preparation, and
dish plating.
 Ensuring compliance with food hygiene, health and safety regulations
