Alpine Parrot Café & Bar is in Arthur's Pass, looking for an enthusiastic Café and Bar Duty Manager. The job is based in Arthur's Pass,Selwyn Area. This is a full time
(Roaster between 7 days) employment with minimum 30 hours. Employees
may be required to work additional hours (max 45) depending on work. Right
candidate will be offered $26 to $28.50. Weekend availability is must.

What are you responsible for:
 Manage the food & Beverage while on shift.
 Understanding of Liquor Licensing Laws and Host Responsibility.
 Supervise cash handling and day to day sale record maintenance.
 Making coffees maintain the standard of coffee.
 Managing inventory and ensure stock levels are maintained.
 Ensure that customers are provided with superior customer service.
 Taking orders.
 Follow the opening and closing procedures
 Maintain the hygiene standard.
 Serving drinks including cocktails.
 Ordering the ingredient and products
 Stock rotation
 Serving food to customers
 Strong leadership and team management experience to keep the café
operation smooth.
 Ability to multitask under pressure.

 

What we are looking for:
•Must be reliable and Honest and punctual.
Must be able to start early morning and late evening closing shift.
• A good attitude.
Must have either 1-year relevant work experience or any qualification to demonstrate
the knowledge of hospitality industry.
• LCQ licence is essential. Manager certificate is a plus point.
