We are looking for a cafe supervisor for our new store opening in January at 66 Wyndham Street, Auckland CBD. This is a permanent full time role with a minimum of 30 hours per week. Shifts are Tuesday - Saturday 7am - 2pm and the payrate is $26/hour.

The main daily responsibilities include:

  • Making coffee, smoothies and acai bowls to a high level.
  • Training and supervising staff.
  • Comply with health and safety regulations and ensure other team members are also complying with regulations.
  • Liaising with the head chef and kitchen staff daily.
  • Managing all inventory/stocktake and re-ordering from suppliers.
  • Serving customers at the Point of Sale.
  • Resolving customer complaints.
  • Maintaining overall store cleanliness.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • A minimum of 2 years hospitality experience in a similar cafe supervisor role required.
