AM Collaboration Limited is looking for suitable candidate for the role of motel manager.

Main Tasks:

• To operate, maintain, and promote the accommodation property to the same standards as set by the business owners.

• To operate the accommodation property professionally.

• To foster a good relationship with all guests, staff, and suppliers.

• To ensure all statutory obligations are adhered to and met

The tasks required are as detailed as, but not limited to, those outlined below:
 Guiding and overseeing reservation, reception, room service, and housekeeping activities
 Organizing staff rosters/workloads and monitoring staff work performance.
 Oversee our Travel Desk: providing guests with local tourism information and arranging tour activities and transportation.
 Observing laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
 Assisting with the administration and management of Tour groups, group bookings, corporate guests, and companies
 Ensure customer service standards are maintained.
 Planning, organizing, and supervising functions and conference activities.
 Proactively seeking corporate clients and conferences and marketing the establishment
 Buying and maintaining stock levels at acceptable standards
 Ensure and review business financial activities by the accounting procedure.
 Co-ordinate with external parties such as suppliers, catering companies, travel, and tourism agencies, etc.
 Observing laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
 Carry out regular inspections to ensure the property and gardens are maintained to the highest standard.
 Liaise with security companies to keep a regular check on the security of property and guests.
 Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations

Requirements:

  • Must hold minimum Level 5 qualification OR two years of relevant work experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • A friendly, customer-focused attitude and a passion for providing outstanding service

It is a full-time, permanent role with a minimum guaranteed 30 hours of work per week.
